Why Is Ronaldo’s Future Suddenly Uncertain?

The biggest reason behind the speculation is Ronaldo himself. Speaking about his future in August, the Portuguese superstar said the current season is “probably” his last in football. More recent reporting says his name was absent from a consortium currently involved in discussions over a potential stake in the club.
