Tiffany Stratton celebrates her win during Money in the Bank

Tiffany Stratton Wins Historic Briefcase Despite Neck Pain

Tiffany Stratton made history at Money in the Bank by becoming the first-ever Ms Money in the Bank. She outlasted Lash Legend, Roxanne Perez, Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, and Jacy Jayne to win the women’s briefcase. Her victory came with a frightening moment. Stratton attempted a Swanton Bomb from a ladder and landed on the back of her head on the floor. Medical personnel rushed to check on her, and the match was briefly stopped before she continued.

During the post-show, Stratton admitted she was still feeling the effects of the fall. She said her neck still hurt, but she wanted to do anything it took to get the briefcase. She also revealed that she told the medical team she was okay because she wanted to finish the match. Stratton now holds a contract that gives her a championship opportunity whenever she decides to cash in. However, no specific injury diagnosis has been confirmed.

Je’Von Evans Taken Away in an Ambulance

Je’Von Evans had one of the most alarming moments of the night during the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match. He attempted a high-flying dive toward the competitors outside the ring. Bron Breakker intercepted him in mid-air with a spear. The collision left Evans down near the timekeeper’s area. The referee called for medical assistance. Officials and medical personnel rushed to check on him before placing him on a stretcher.

Evans was then taken out of the arena in an ambulance. WWE’s official highlights also showed a dramatic spot where Evans crashed through the roof of an ambulance after Breakker threw him from a ladder. Despite the frightening scenes, no confirmed medical diagnosis or return timeline was available. His condition remains a key question following the event.

Liv Morgan and Penta Leave with Major Victories

The night was not short on big results. Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer and Becky Lynch in a triple-threat match to win the Women’s World Championship. Her victory gives the women’s division a new champion and creates a potential target for Stratton’s briefcase. Penta also claimed the men’s Money in the Bank contract. He defeated Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, CM Punk, and Kevin Owens. His win gives him a future championship opportunity and opens the door to several possible rivalries.

Roman Reigns Retains and Chaos Follows

Roman Reigns retained the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight. The drama continued after the match when The 946 confronted Reigns. That led to a brawl involving The Usos and Solo Sikoa. The fight spilled into the arena concourse and parking lot. Money in the Bank 2026 delivered historic wins and several scenes that left fans wanting answers. With no confirmed injury diagnoses or return timelines for either Tiffany Stratton or Je’Von Evans, their next updates could become just as important as the results themselves.
