A steady rise through the ranks
The Al Nassr academy forward is no stranger to Portuguese youth football. His international pathway began with his U-15 debut in May 2025, and he has played at U-16 level as well. He has made 13 appearances across the U-15 and U-16 teams and scored five goals. He has also scored three goals in seven games for Al Nassr’s U-17 side this season.
The qualifiers
Portugal are in Group 6 of qualifying for the 2027 UEFA European U-17 Championship, alongside Andorra, Bulgaria and Serbia. They face Andorra on 11 November, Bulgaria on 14 November and Serbia on 17 November. All three matches are being played in Portugal. The target is to finish in the top two of the four-team group and reach the next round.
