Are you a leader or a follower?
How much of you is a leader or a follower depends on your area of influence.
Make no mistake every human being is a leader in his/her own right. Even a simple labourer who finds it difficult to make two ends meet is a leader of his family. A mighty Corporate honcho getting a huge pay packet is also a leader. The difference between the bigwig and the poor labourer is their area of influence. Without doubt the labourer has a small area of influence as compared to the corporate chief and though the labourer is a smaller leader, he is a leader anyway.
As we Progress in life we tend to transform from followers to leaders. Some are born leaders too and exhibit an inborn leadership streak. But yes leadership can also be taught and leaders trained.
My area of influence was decent and I can say that due to my experience and time spent in my profession I was a bit more of a leader than a follower, but both I was.
