What do you love about where you live?
Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, a major city in the North of India, is where I was born and is where I live.
Lucknow has a rich history and is a cultural hub of the country. There is a long list of virtues the City possesses, which is why I just love it.
The culture, the heritage and the history are for the world to see and admire.
The cuisine is exceptional and draws millions every year from within the country and the world.
The beautiful language, which is laced with respect, class and humility.
The heart, so welcoming, outlandish and full of warmth and happiness.
The smile, so enriching as the early morning dew.
The smell of joy pervades the atmosphere as the sun sets and the cool wind blows.
There is a hustle, but at its own pace.
Lucknow is simply enchanting, like music, so mesmerizing. It has my heart and long after I am gone, the romance will continue to blossom in my soul.
