What were your parents doing at your age?
My father was in an important phase of his career and in the midst of an important government assignment. He worked tirelessly and ensured that the task assigned to him was completed without any hiccups. He received appreciation for his work which in those times was more important than any monetary incentive. My Father a loyal servant of the government worked for 41 years in one institution before retiring, leaving behind a decorated career.
My Mother continued the way she had been taking care of the house and her husband and children all these years. An extremely dedicated and committed woman, my mother played her role to perfection without any slippages whatsoever. She was brilliant in managing several tasks at a time and was as efficient as one could imagine. I certainly believe that had she worked in the corporate world she would have been a very successful career woman.
My parents made me what I am today. They raised me and my brothers with great care and affection and tried their best to make our lives as comfortable as possible. Parents are priceless.
