A Good Leader is all about the following
A good communicator
The one who leads by example
A true team man. One who credits success to his team and takes the blame for failures.
Who appreciates even small contributions from his team members.
One who is assertive and not aggressively authoritative.
Is a collective decision maker.
A True leader is a servant leader.
