My Drawing Book

Describe an item you were incredibly attached to as a youth. What became of it?

During my school days I used to sketch and paint and had preserved all my work. I had signed and dated each effort of mine. It was a treasure trove for me. I often used to look at my work and feel good about it.

The drawing book or the aggregation of my work was unfortunately lost in transit when my father was transferred to another city. Though it has been several years now, the loss of my work still hurts me.

  1. And this reminds me that I let go of a large record ( LP ) collection when I did not actually need to. This was andstill was a very painful event, though I feel I have healed since that time.
