Sprinting & A Sense of Freedom

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

In my younger days playing in the open was such fun. However, whenever I ran , I felt a deep sense of freedom. The cool air brushing against my face as I tried to run fast as I could. It was an amazing experience.

When I started exercising (more as a necessity than choice ), I enjoyed push ups though. Done diligently, the effects of push ups were visible on the body. Running then took a backseat.

Lifting dead weights too is good particularly to keep metabolism going and defy aging.
