What food would you say is your specialty?
I am no cook, but my mother has been a very fine one.
The dish which has been my favourite and a speciality of my mother so to say, is the ‘Potato Mutton Curry.
The foundation of the dish is a complex ensemble of a host of spices finely ground. The mutton is cooked in these spices to perfection and later potatoes are added to it.
The red colour of the dish is extremely attractive to the eye and the flavours are thoroughly engaging and heavenly. The dish has to be served piping hot to get the best out of it .
