Cruze-The good speaker.

Cruze was born a healthy child and as all young kids had a naughtish streak. His elder brother Ben and his friend Fred, used to play at home, though keeping Cruze away, which obviously irked him.

Fred had a peculiar way of talking, which caught Cruze’s imagination and oblivious of what its repercussions could be, Cruze began to imitate Fred. In spite of several warnings and reprimands from parents et all, Cruze went ahead undeterred and eventually became a true copy of Fred.

This peculiar way of speaking was nothing but acute stammering, which unfortunately Cruze had picked up to the fullest. Life began to get difficult the moment Cruze opened his mouth. The problem grew to such an extent that even speaking out his own name was a massive challenge.

Not only this, Cruze had to bear the constant teasing and mocking from insensitive people, which began to have an adverse effect on the young boy. His confidence took a severe beating which made things worse.

Ironically, the stuttering Cruze, had a talent too. He could speak better than others when he memorised what he had to say. This was witnessed by one of his teachers in school. Ms.Matty, an experienced teacher, took the nervy Cruze under her wings. She counselled him, trained him and supported him to the fullest.

Cruze too had two ways to go. Either sulk all his life, or fight hard to overcome his problem and show the world that he too had a talent to boost. The young gritty boy, took to prove all those insensitive people wrong and with his sheer resoluteness, unwavering determination and remarkable training, became one of the best speakers his school had ever produced.

Cruze took his fame modestly and kept on working on his still existent problem of stammering and even helping others in need. Cruze was no longer the sulking, low in confidence, demotivated bloke. He had come a long way.

Faith in your abilities, determination and hardwork can make any stuttering Cruze successful.
