It is expected to be the clash of Match Day 23 of the English Premier League. Arsenal, the table toppers both in the EPL as well as in the Champions League, will be hosting Manchester United on Sunday at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners haven’t lost in their last five games in the EPL and though they have drawn their last two matches against Liverpool and Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, their emphatic win against Inter Milan at the iconic San Siro in the Champions League a few days ago must have given them huge confidence.
Manchester United is not going to have it easy by any stretch of imagination. With Gabriel Jesus fully fit and scoring for the Gunners, the leaders look awesome with Saka, Declan Rice, Gyokeres, Zubimendi and a host of stars lining up to play tonight.
United, who produced a sensational win against arch rivals Manchester City a week ago in Manager Michael Carrick’s first game, look set to create some trouble for the Gunners. Mbeumo has been in great form for the Red Devils, and with Diallo, Bruno Fernandes and Dorgu in great support, United have the ammunition to subdue Arsenal. The question is whether they have the belief to do so.
An exciting contest is on the cards. I have kept my money safe in my pocket and can only predict a riveting game.
