Nottingham Forest for me have been the taste of this EPL season. They have surprised all and sundry with their resilience and a will to win. Travelling to Nottingham has not been easy for teams, including the leaders Liverpool. The Reds lost their only game of this EPL season to Nottingham and with the kind of form Manchester City are in, their travel to Nottingham will not be easy by any stretch of imagination.

An Improved Manchester City But Problems in Defence
Manchester City, it must be said, have shown some shoots of improvement over the past couple of weeks notwithstanding their exit from the Champions League. Their come-from-behind win over Plymouth in the FA Cup has kept hopes alive of a possible silverware this year. However, their problems in defence and midfield due to injuries to John Stones, Akanji and Nathan Ake has reduced them substantially. Ruben Dias thus has a huge role to play and needs to be backed up well by Victor Reis and Khusanov. The strike power for City has been complimented by the arrival of Omar Marmoush in the company of Erling Haalnd and Phil Foden, which should hold them in good stead.
Nottingham-Tough To Beat At Home
For Nottingham, their solid all round play is a difficult maze to crack. Plus their talismanic striker Chris Wood with 18 goals this season can be a constant threat for City. Their defence is further strengthened by their terrific goalkeeper Belgian Matz Sels who has been a revelation in-front of goal. No wonder Nottingham Forest will be difficult to beat at their home ground in front of their vociferous fans.
There is all to play for and it looks to be an exciting contest.
