What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
I started exercising regularly from October 2016 after a routine medical checkup in my office suggested that I needed to exercise right away.
For 5 years I was consistent and never missed a workout even while travelling and even while fasting. I enjoyed exercising and the changes on the body further motivated me to go on.
My favourite regimen included the following
Push ups
Ab roller exercises
Pull ups
Lifting light weights
These 4 exercises are extremely good for building a strong upper body.
I also did planks and crunches and even walked swiftly on the tread mill, but they were not my favourites, though they were the part of my daily schedule.
