I always fancied writing, right from my school days, however it never crystallised into anything concrete, as I got sucked into the rigmarole of routine life. Years went by completing my education, finding a job and then working hard in establishing myself in the organisation.
Years passed by very swiftly and before I could even realise, I was already a senior banker, with some grey strands of hair visible within a fairly good crop on my head.
I wanted to pen down my years of experience, but then I questioned myself whether it would make an interesting read. I thought no, it wouldn’t, which further delayed my quest for a book.
Eventually, the day dawned when I envisaged a plot out of my sheer creativity and penned down the first page. The start was critical and in my opinion it is the most difficult threshold to cross. Once over with this, the plot began to evolve and develop slowly and steadily. After a hard day’s work at the office, I burnt the midnight oil for weeks and months, sacrificed sleep, but as the book began to develop, I could sense that my dream of becoming an author could well see the light of day.
