The Netherlands will lock horns with Sweden in a much-anticipated Group F match in Houston in a couple of hours.
The Netherlands were held to a 2-2 draw by a gritty Japan last week, while Sweden put Tunisia to the sword with an emphatic 5-1 victory.
The match, therefore, is expected to exhibit high-quality football with some sublime talent available on both sides.
Sweden have an incredible attack in Viktor Gyokeres and Alexander Isak, along with Anthony Elanga on the bench. The midfield is strong too, with Yasin Ayari in top form. The quality is immense in the Swedish set with Graham Potter guiding the squad extremely well.
The Dutch have quality all through. The defence is solid and dynamic under Virgil van Dijk, with Dumfries and Van de Ven to give company. The midfield is strong with Gravenberch and Tijjani Reijnders. The forwards are as good as any, with Cody Gakpo in the mix. The bench strength with Depay and Brobbey looks good, too.
The Dutch appear much superior on paper than Sweden, but the Nordics are on a high and will trouble the orange Army without a doubt.
This one is very risky to predict.
